The new version of macOS named “Catalina” is now available but only works with 64-bit applications.
The latest version of IRIScan Mouse and IRISNotes for Mac are only 32-bit applications.
If you want to continue using the IRIScan Mouse or IRISNotes for Mac, we advise you not to update your macOS to Catalina.
If you have already updated to macOS Catalina, you will no longer be able to use the IRIScan Mouse or IRISNotes for Mac. We recommend that you check with Apple Support to upgrade to a compatible version.
